Sea condition observation data surveyed and collected over many years is utilized in the design of large-scale ocean projects. In addition, ocean data acquired in real time by mobile phone networks and satellite communications is utilized by universities and marine research institutes for drifting surveys and research and development in the coast, open ocean, Arctic, Antarctica, etc. In recent years, we have developed observation buoys with multiple items (wind conditions, current conditions, waves, buoy inclination) that serve as basic data for the development of biological sensors (biologging) using seabirds.
